The design details

Green patterns · Curved framing · Layered florals · Chandeliers

A backdrop with depth

Curved gold-toned framing sits against green patterned surfaces. Flowers soften the edges, while suspended decorative elements add another layer between the backdrop and the room. The combination gives the stage a clear focal point without relying on one flat wall.

Looking beyond the stage

Chandeliers and hanging greenery make the overhead space part of the composition. Pink and pale flowers link the ceiling treatment with the arrangements below, helping the different parts of the reception feel connected.

Planning a similar reception

Begin with the room’s ceiling height, stage dimensions and guest sightlines. Discuss hanging permissions, support requirements and lighting with the venue before choosing overhead decor. A colour palette is most useful when it guides the backdrop, flowers and surrounding spaces together.
