A mother’s joy begins when new life is stirring inside; when a tiny heartbeat is heard for the very first time, and a playful kick reminds her that she is never alone.
A floral entrance for a family celebration
For Nayantara’s seemantham, Wedding Chakra framed the entrance with asymmetrical flowers in lavender, soft pink and powder blue. A woven green palm-leaf welcome board, accented with jasmine and tuberoses, connected the floral palette with traditional materials.
Checkered monochrome flooring created contrast beneath the softer arrangements. Brass lamps and gold-toned urulis filled with flowers added familiar ceremonial details to the entrance setting.
Connecting the entrance and ceremony space
Repeating colours and materials helped connect the welcome area with the main celebration. The entrance introduced the floral theme while allowing the ceremony setting to have its own focal point.
A garland canopy and layered floral backdrop
The main setting used scalloped white flower garlands overhead, suspended blooms and a central deity within the backdrop. Hydrangeas, roses and greenery added layers around the ceremonial space.
Pink and moss-green floral pillars framed the seating area. A vintage dark-wood bench and brass accents brought warmth to the lighter floral composition.
Planning your seemantham decor
Begin by sharing the family’s ceremony requirements, seating preferences and venue details. Discuss the space needed around the ceremonial setting before deciding on the backdrop or hanging flowers. Review the entrance, seating and floral details together so the proposal feels consistent.
